I used to be a marketing communications professional, earning an MBA and working as a group creative director and writer. I loved co-creating strategies with my team and partnering with art directors to develop concepts. Along the way, I measured results to know what worked and what didn’t — and nurtured staff to help them achieve their personal best. Ultimately my success depended upon intently listening to what my clients needed.
